There is a $37.50 fee for a Disclosure Package.
PayPal is currently experiencing internal issues causing GGHO to suspend using them for Disclosure Package requests at this time. When PayPal resolves these issues we will resume using them.

The Disclosure Package will be sent out electronically upon receipt of fee.
