Welcome Greenwood Glen Homeowners!
The Greenwood Glen Homeowners Association was chartered in April of 1998 by Henrico County and the state of Virginia to protect the residents of Greenwood Glen Subdivision from anything or anyone that would degrade our property values, infringe on our property, or negatively impact the Greenwood Glen Subdivision as listed in the Greenwood Glen Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The CCR's document is on the HOA Dues and Information page.
All Homeowners in the Greenwood Glen subdivision are automatically members of the Greenwood Glen Homeowner's Association (HOA)
The 2024 HOA assessments of $82 are now due.
