Every homeowner is required to pay the annual $82.00 HOA dues as set forth in the Greenwood Glen Homeowners Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.
All dues are used to cover GGHOA expenses such as: Landscaping and lawn maintenance for all common areas and both entrances, Insurances, PO Box fees, web hosting fees, State Corporation Commission fees, banking fees, and any other expenses incurred by the Greenwood Glen Homeowners Association according to our duties set forth in the charter drafted by Henrico County and the State of Virginia in April of 1998.

All delinquent dues will be processed and collected in accordance with the Greenwood Glen HOA Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions recorded in Henrico County book 2795, page468, section 8 referenced below.
